This cookbook was definitely needed in my home。 I need to know the staples, but not just the bland basics we all have in our pantry, capers anyone? And I need to know how to use them all up。 Eat what you store and store what you eat is my mentality。 If I'm told that capers are necessary for your pantry I will buy them but only if I have a meal/recipe that uses them and is delicious。 Jen delivers just that in this cookbook。 I highly recommend this to starter cooks or anyone wanted to get back to This cookbook was definitely needed in my home。 I need to know the staples, but not just the bland basics we all have in our pantry, capers anyone? Those inspired me to get organized and meal plan for the week。 Game changer!! 。。。more

Try out flexible blueprint recipes designed to help you make use of the ingredients you have on hand。Ensure you always have what you need to prepare delicious meals with this simple pantry cookbook。 I am currently on a clean-out the pantry and larder kick and I am getting bored with the ingredients I have on hand 。。。 there is only so much chilli and rice and beans a girl can eat。 I loved the ideas in this book and the Blueprint dishes were genius! Normally I try to cook with ingredients instead of processed foods, but there is nothing wrong with beans, canned tomatoes, frozen proteins/veggies, etc。 etc。 in a daily diet。 It is when the meal is "complete/completely processed" - think nuclear orange macaroni and cheese that can make you lose your health if you eat that every day。。。make you own with 1/10th the sodium, no chemicals and added spices。。。herbs and spices can make any dish zing! The recipes are well written and understandable by cooks of all levels and the photos make the food very appealing to myself and other lovers of food out there。 This is a book that I will highly recommend to patrons who are having problems with what they can make for dinner, whether it is from their pantry or a box of canned goods from the food bank。As always, I try to find a reason to not rate with stars as I simply adore emojis (outside of their incessant use by "🙏-ed Social Influencer Millennials/#BachelorNation survivors/Tik-Tok and YouTube Millionaires/snowflakes etc。 " on Instagram and Twitter。。。 Get a real job, people!) so let's give it 🍲🍲🍲🍲🍲This book is also cross reviewed at http://www。facebook。com/janetsbookcorner and https://janetcousineau。wixsite。com/we。。。***MANY BOOKS FROM CALLISTO / ROCKRIDGE PRESS ARE FREE FOR KINDLE UNLIMITED UPON RELEASE - CHECK IT OUT AND READ IT**** 。。。more
